Overseex is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial reading. You may link to any page here freely. Automated scraping that degrades the service for other readers is not permitted; our RSS feed and sitemaps exist for programmatic access.

Third-party content

Headlines and source summaries belong to their original publishers and appear here as short attributed excerpts with a link to the source. We claim no ownership of that material. If you are a publisher and want your content handled differently, email hello@overseex.com and we will act on it.

NASA imagery is generally public domain. Where an Astronomy Picture of the Day image is credited to a photographer, their rights apply and you should contact them for reuse.

Accuracy

We summarise reporting from other outlets and aggregate schedule data from public APIs. Launch times in particular change constantly. Nothing here should be relied on for operational, safety or financial decisions. Always check the primary source.

Memberships

Paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial periods, but if something has gone wrong, email us and we will sort it out.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new revision date.
